We will gather the details of the complaint from all parties involved, record them and have the information ready for the rest of the process.
Figure out a viable solution for the parties involved.
Resolve the issue
We will keep all parties up to date on the process of resolving the issue as we work toward the agreed-upon resolution.
Post resolution we will always follow up with the parties involved to ensure they remain satisfied and had a positive experience overall.
Our team can only review walks booked through our application, any outside agreement or payments can not be covered by Dogg.
