Any incident occurring in relation to a walk can be reported via the "Report an issue" button present on the walk view/summary.

Alternatively, you can contact us to report the problem. We will do our best to resolve any incident reported, including but not limited to; creating an insurance claim, financial reimbursement or a repeat of the service by a different walker.

Dogg can only cover walks booked through our app and the incident must have occurred during a booked walk.

In case of an emergency, first, contact emergency services via 000 (if necessary) before attempting to contact Dogg.
