Once a walk has been booked, we encourage the use of the communication tools to organise a meet & greet prior to a walk. The purpose of a meet & greet is to make sure that all parties, being the owner, the dog and walker, are acquainted with one another. A meet & greet can be anything from a 15 minute meet up to an accompanied walk. Feel free to request to meet at the home or a public setting, whichever makes you feel more comfortable.

If a walk is cancelled following a meet and greet, Dogg strongly recommends that the cancelling party contact us at [email protected] to provide more details, as the safety of Users, Walkers and Dogs is of the utmost priority.
